The GCE Central Library is a comprehensive knowledge resource centre housing over 10,000 books, journals, reference materials, and digital resources across all engineering and management disciplines.
The library provides a quiet, well-lit, air-conditioned environment for focused study. Students also have access to e-journals, national digital libraries, and online databases to support research and academic projects.
GCE's classrooms are designed to deliver an engaging, technology-driven learning experience. All classrooms are equipped with digital projectors, interactive whiteboards, good acoustics and comfortable seating — creating an environment that makes complex concepts easier to understand.
Lecture halls accommodate large batches for seminars, guest lectures and technical talks, while seminar rooms support group discussions, presentations and collaborative learning activities.

GCE provides a dedicated bus transport service covering major routes across Cuttack district and surrounding areas. The fleet operates on fixed schedules, ensuring students reach campus on time every day without stress or inconvenience.
All GCE buses are well-maintained, GPS-tracked and driven by experienced drivers. The transport facility is optional and charged at affordable route-based rates. Students can opt in at the time of admission.
Student health and wellbeing is a top priority at GCE. Our on-campus Medical Centre is equipped to handle routine health check-ups, minor injuries, common illnesses, and first-aid emergencies. A trained medical staff is present during college hours to attend to student health needs.
