Eligibility: B.Tech — 10+2 with PCM, minimum 45% marks. PGDM — Any graduation, minimum 50% marks.

All newly admitted students of the B.Tech 2026 batch are requested to attend the mandatory Orientation Programme to be held on campus at Gurukrupa College of Engineering.

• Programme includes: Welcome address, campus tour, departmental introduction, rules & regulations briefing

GCE strictly follows a Zero Tolerance policy against ragging as per UGC and AICTE regulations. The Anti-Ragging Committee for 2026–27 has been constituted.

• Any form of ragging is a punishable offence under law
• Students found guilty of ragging may face expulsion, suspension or legal action
• All students must sign an Anti-Ragging Undertaking at the time of admission
• CCTV surveillance is active throughout campus 24×7

All newly admitted students must collect their Student Identity Cards from the Administrative Office. Bring your original Admission Receipt and one passport-size photograph. The ID card is mandatory on campus at all times.

Library membership for 2026–27 is now open. Register at the Library Desk with your student ID during working hours (9 AM – 5 PM, Mon–Sat). Membership is required to borrow books and access digital resources.

GCE celebrates its official Inauguration and Foundation Day. All students, faculty and staff are invited to the ceremony which includes the lamp-lighting ceremony, address by the Founder & Chairman Shri Dillip Kumar Pattanaik, Principal's address, and cultural performances by students.

Hostel allotment for 2026–27 has commenced. Students must submit the hostel application form and prescribed fee at the Administrative Office. Allotment is on first-come-first-served basis. Separate facilities for Boys and Girls. Contact admin for fee and room details.

GCE bus transport is available for students across Cuttack district. To register, collect and submit the transport registration form at the Admin Office with the prescribed transport fee. Route details, departure times and boarding points are available at the Administrative Office. Registration is on first-come-first-served basis.

Eligible students may apply for: Merit Scholarship (75%+ in qualifying exam), SC/ST Government Scholarship, OBC Scholarship, Girls' Scholarship (AICTE), EWS/Need-Based Concession, and Board Topper Recognition. Submit application with supporting documents to the Admission Office.

GCE invites applications from qualified candidates for faculty positions in all departments — Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Mining, AI&ML, and PGDM. Enthusiastic students are invited to volunteer for the Sports Committee and Cultural Committee for 2026–27. Submit your name, department, branch, year and mobile number at the Student Welfare Office. Activities include organising the Annual Sports Meet, cultural programmes, inter-department competitions and national events participation.
